Part of the stainless steel Impact range from Scanpan's Danish designers, this 28cm set has a 6.4mm thick bonded sandwich base for even heat distribution. The rim is designed for drip-free pouring, the handles are secured with heavy duty rivets, and the stainless steel trim is sturdy. It is suitable for all cooktops, including induction, and is oven-safe to 220°C/250°C with/without lid. It comes with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, let the pan cool before washing, and do not put cold water in a hot pan. Do not use excessive high heat, as it can cause heat tint or streak marks. Although the range is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product.
