Part of the exclusive SCANPAN CS+ range, it features a brushed stainless steel exterior and ergonomic handles designed for comfort and control. It is made in Denmark with a multi-ply construction that combines stainless steel with recycled aluminium for even heat distribution and durability.
The exclusive STRATANIUM+ non-stick surface has a microtextured finish for excellent searing and easy cleaning, and it is tough enough to use with steel utensils. It is oven-proof to 260°C, so you can move from stovetop to oven with ease. The supplier lists it as suitable for ceramic, gas, induction, halogen, solid plate and radiant ring cooktops.
