SCANPAN - CARBON STEEL WOK - 30CM
Bring serious heat to your stir-fries with the Scanpan Carbon Steel Wok. Made from heavy 3mm gauge material, it stands up to very high heat and suits all cooktops, including induction. The long handle is stainless steel with steel rivets, and the proven design is perfect for searing and brazing like a professional.
This wok comes pre-seasoned with vegetable oil for better corrosion resistance. With regular use and re-seasoning, you build up carbon as a natural cooking surface. Easy-to-follow care and seasoning instructions are included in the packaging.
