Made for sponge cakes and fruit cakes, this lightweight round pan spreads heat quickly and evenly for consistent results. Its tight edges help with precision baking.

Crafted from silver anodised aluminium, the straight-sided design gives even layers that are easy to stack, fill and decorate. It suits sponge cakes, butter cakes, layered cakes and celebration cakes, and is warp-resistant and PFOA-free.

Care and Use: Oven, fridge and freezer safe. Hand wash only and avoid hard detergents that may mark the surface. Acidic foods such as lemon may discolour the surface without affecting use. Avoid metal utensils and metal scourers, and use an oven glove when hot. Before first use, remove all packaging, rinse with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
