Care and Use: Oven safe to 220°C, fridge and freezer safe. Hand wash only and avoid hard detergents that may mark the surface. Acidic foods such as lemon may discolour the surface without affecting use. Avoid metal utensils and metal scourers, and use an oven glove when hot. Before first use, remove all packaging, rinse with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
