Make smaller batches of your own fermented foods at home with this Kilner fermentation set. It is a simple way to create sauerkraut, kimchi and other ferments packed with vitamins, minerals and probiotic cultures.
The 1 litre wide mouth jar makes filling and decanting easy. The lid has a unique silicone duck beak shaped valve that lets out the gases that build up inside the jar while it ferments. It comes in a gift box, so it is ready to give.
