Sprouting and storing seeds or pulses at home is simple with the Kilner Sprouting Set. Sprouts are a tasty way to add extra nutrients, flavour and texture to your meals, and this set gives them the right conditions to develop.

It suits a range of sprouts, including broccoli, green beans, radish, lentil and alfalfa. Soak your seeds or grain in the 500ml glass jar for the required time, then drain them using the stainless steel insert. Place the jar and insert into the ceramic base so excess water drains away while the sprouts grow. Eat them straight away or store them in the glass jar with the one-piece lid. It arrives in a full colour gift box with a recipe and step by step instruction booklet, so it is ready to give.

Care and Use: The glass jar and ceramic base are dishwasher safe. Wash the metal and silicone components by hand in warm soapy water and dry them well. Wash before first use. Do not pour boiling water directly into the jar.
