Kilner Muslin Square - 50 x 50cm

KILNER MUSLIN SQUARE - 50 X 50CM

A handy helper for the kitchen, the Kilner Muslin Square is made from soft, durable cotton with an ultra-fine mesh. It's designed for all sorts of food preparation jobs, from straining curds and whey when making butter, cheese or yoghurt, to squeezing juice from fruit for a smooth, fine texture.

Use it to make a bouquet garni for infusing sauces, broths and soups, drain the brine from fermented vegetables, or create a jelly bag for jam making and preserving. It also works for filtering cold brew coffee, wine and craft beers. The hemmed edges help prevent fraying, and it can be washed and used again and again.
