Pack softened butter into the bell-shaped lid and press firmly to remove air pockets. Fill the base with 70ml of cold water, which creates an airtight seal to keep butter fresh for up to a week. Change the water every 2-3 days. No refrigeration is needed, and the clear glass is easy to use, clean and refill.
Glass is BPA free and doesn't absorb odours, flavours or stains. Made from durable soda lime glass with classic Kilner styling, it's made to last.
