KILNER BUTTER CHURNER - 1 LITRE

Make your own homemade butter with the Kilner Butter Churner. Pour double cream into the glass jar base, attach the lid with the churning mechanism and turn the handle to rotate the paddles. Churn for around 10 minutes, until the butter fat separates from the buttermilk. Strain away the buttermilk, then shape the butter fat with the Kilner Butter Paddles. The buttermilk can be used in pancake or scone mixtures, and you can season your butter with herbs and spices. A recipe and instruction booklet is included.

The glass jar is made from high-quality soda-lime glass with pristine clarity and consistent wall thickness, so there are no weak points. Glass is BPA-free and does not absorb odours, flavours or stains. The jar is dishwasher safe, while the churning and paddle mechanism should be hand washed only and dried immediately.
