This authentic Jean Dubost cheese knife is sure to become one of your essential cheeseboard accessories. This cheese knife is produced in the Maison finish, with blades ground, stamped and polished over 25 manual production stages. The blade is made from high grade 1.2mm stainless steel. Handle is made from high impact, lightweight Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) plastic ensuring durability and high mechanical strength.
