DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to have all parcels dispatched the same day when ordered by Midday on a Weekday or the next business day when ordering after Midday or on the Weekend. (Sydney time).
During the Christmas period this may not always be possible however we are doing all we can to meet these guidelines on most days.

DELIVERY CUT OFF DATES
Please note these dates are calculated using dates provided by Australia Post. While we find these dates are generally accurate, we do rely on Auspost and therefore dates cannot be guaranteed. If you are concerned that your delivery may be cutting it too fine we recommend opting for Express Post.

    
STANDARD POST (When ordered by Midday AEDT):
NSW Metro: Monday December 22
NSW Regional: Monday December 15
ACT All: Thursday December 18
VIC Metro: Thursday December 18
VIC Regional: Monday December 15
QLD Metro: Thursday December 18
QLD Regional: Friday December 12
SA Metro: Thursday December 18
SA Regional:  Monday December 15
WA Metro: Wednesday December 17
WA Regional: Thursday December 11
TAS Metro: Thursday December 18
TAS Regional: Monday December 15
NT Metro: Monday December 15
NT Regional: Monday December 8
    
EXPRESS POST (When ordered by Midday AEDT):
Express post zones within NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD & SA: Tuesday December 23
Express post zones within NT, TAS & WA:    Monday December 22
Locations outside of the Express post zone travel Express to the nearest major city, then  standard post to destination.    
    
INTERNATIONAL (When ordered by Midday AEDT):
New Zealand Metro: Monday December 15
New Zealand Regional:Tuesday December 9
USA: Tuesday December 9
Canada: Tuesday December 9
UK + Major European Destinations: Tuesday December 9
Rest of The World: Tuesday November 28

CLOSURES
Tuesday December 23 will be our last day. Our showroom will be open for pickups for our usual hours of 9am to 5pm. We'll dispatch orders placed before 2pm.
We will return on Wednesday January 7. The warehouse will be dispatching on this day however we expect a large backlog and so we cannot guarantee our usual 1 business day dispatch immediately on our return. We expect to be caught up and meeting dispatch guidelines within a week of reopening.
