Lids for the TechnIQ collection are sold separately, and no lid is included.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eCare and Use: Heat the pan to medium for a few minutes before frying, with or without oil, and avoid overheating, as this reduces the non-stick effect. Clean the pan while still warm, after cooling for 5 minutes, using hot soapy water and a soft nylon scourer. Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the pan, although it is dishwasher safe.
